Nicole Da Motta Soft Tissue Therapist

I love being in a position to ease others' pain and stress, and I feel immense pride in helping my patients achieve a greater sense of wellbeing

Nicole completed her BTEC level 5 at the London School of Sport Massage and is a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage. She grew up watching her mother help others through physiotherapy and learned massage techniques at a young age, inspiring her to train as a soft tissue and remedial massage therapist.

Having dealt with the debilitating effects of stress herself, Nicole has a particular interest in treating neck and shoulder pain, tension headaches, symptoms of TMJ disorder, and migraines.

Nicole grew up in South Africa and Tanzania, giving her a subsequent love of water and a great passion for scuba diving. She is currently working toward completing her Dive Master certification.
