I love helping people understand the science behind their injuries and find it extremely rewarding to play an active part in helping them achieve their personal and sporting goals.
Anneri qualified in South Africa and following her post-graduate diploma in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy, she relocated to London in 2009 where she has worked ever since.
Anneri has gained extensive experience in treating lower limb injuries (adults and children) and works closely with some of the top consultants in these fields. She also enjoys treating any pelvic, post-natal, shoulder or postural problems.
She uses a combination of manual therapy, dry needling and functional strength and conditioning to assist each patient’s return to their lifestyle and sport.
When she’s not working, she enjoys travelling the world with her family or taking part in anything active and adventurous (running/cycling/skiing/SUP/hiking/triathlons).
I just wanted to drop you a quick line to thank you for helping me with my knee.
Apart from sorting out the initial pain feel you have really jogged my memory about the importance of how I structure my training and balance those 4 elements of athleticism; strength, agility, flexibility and cardio (I remembered!). My knee feels better and better every day and I’m just gently progressing my exercises.
Thank you so much. You really know your stuff and have provided excellent care.
