Caitriona qualified as a Physiotherapist from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, achieving a First-Class Honours degree in 2025. During her studies, she developed a strong clinical interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, particularly in the treatment and rehabilitation of paediatric patients.

She has further strengthened her expertise in this area through completion of the Angela Jackson Kids Back2Sport course, enhancing her skills in supporting children and adolescents returning to sport safely and effectively. She also holds a keen interest in working with rugby players, combining her knowledge of sports performance and injury management to help athletes return safely to play.

Caitriona has gained valuable experience working with a variety of patients across both acute and community settings, supporting individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, and paediatric conditions. She takes pride in providing patient-centred care, using a combination of manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and education to promote recovery, optimise function, and improve long-term outcomes.

Driven by a genuine passion for helping others, Caitriona finds great fulfilment in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey—whether recovering from injury, surgery, or managing long-term conditions.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through tag rugby, walking football, and gym training, which help her maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
